  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.

  • Summer check-ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm.
  • Off season check-ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm.
  • Check out is by 10:00 am.
  • Early arrival or late departure is not permitted.

Pool and Hot Tub Information

  • Private heated pool (in winter, expect to pay a fee for heating the water).
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department, or after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds for pool closures.
  • Hot tub located on the full width oceanfront porch.

Linens and Supplies

  • Bed linens provided; beds will be made with clean sheets. Bath towels provided at the end of beds, bathmats in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
  • Guests should bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Fees and Payments

  • In winter, a fee is required for heating the private pool.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless re-rented, in which case a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
